Charleigh Bailey

Charleigh graduated in 2013 from the The Programme for Screen Acting at The Factory.

Most recently, Charleigh created and wrote HEADCASES, a comedy set in a hair and beauty salon on the Northside of Dublin for RTE / Screen Ireland. Directed by Hugh O’Conor with Treasure Entertainment producing, it recently aired on RTE ONE.

Making her Feature Film Debut as Charlene in A DATE FOR MAD MARY directed by Darren Thornton and produced by Element Pictures, Charleigh won Best Supporting Actress at the 2017 IFTAs.

TV credits include; YOUNGER (Darren Star TV), GENIUS (Fox 21/Imagine Entertainment) and DARKLANDS (Virgin Media/Parallel Films).

Her most recent short film work includes; SISTER THIS directed by Claire Byrne (Screen Ireland / Parallel Films), SHOEBOX directed by Gary Duggan, JELLY BABY directed by Naomi Fagan and BRENDA directed by Matteo Bertoli.

Theatre credits include; RAPIDS (Dublin Theatre Festival) written by Shaun Dunne and ANGELS IN THE PARK.
